Number Of Ingredients 16

Recipe:
2 x 35oz peeled tomatoes
1 x 6oz tomato paste
1 lb ground beef
1 lb pork ribs
generous amount of olive oil
10 garlic cloves, smashed
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh basil, chiffonade
1 tb dried oregano
1/2 tb dried parsley
1 bay leaf
1/2 tb sugar
1 tb red pepper flakes
ground nutmeg
s & p

Steps:

  • Brown pork ribs first. Take out, set aside. Brown beef, then add the rest of the ingredients. Add back the pork ribs, then simmer for at least 3 hours. Add a ladle of pasta water in at the end
