1/3 C mayo
2 T ketchup (or chili sauce)
1 T finely chopped onions
1 T finely chopped tops of green onions
1 T Dijon
1 1/2 t red wine vinegar
1 1/2 minced parsley
1 t horseradish
hot pepper sauce to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk lightly to blend.
