Ravioli Supper Soup image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pound ground beef
1 package ravioli and cheese skillet dinner mix for hamburger
6 hot water
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomato, undrained
1 (10-ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, undrained
1/4 cup finely chopped onion mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese
Shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired

Steps:

  • 1. Cook beef in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown drain.2. Stir uncooked Pasta and Sauce Mix from dinner mix, water, tomatoes, vegetables, onion and garlic into beef. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.3. Remove from heat stir in cottage cheese. Let stand about 5 minutes or until desired consistency.
