RAVIOLI AND CHICKEN SOUP image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 T olive oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 lg garlic cloves
1 T basil (fresh or dried)
2 t dried fennel
1/4 t red pepper flakes
6 C chicken broth
2 med. zucchini, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 9 oz. pkg. ravioli
1 1/2 C cooked chicken, shredded

Steps:

  • Saute pepper, onion, garlic, basil, fennel and red pepper flakes in oil for 10 min. Add rest of ingredients and simmer rapidly until ravioli are cooked and veggies are tender, about 5 min.
