- Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil. Beat. Stir in coconut and walnuts Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch layer cake pans. Bake at 350ยบ for 35 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Cool and frost.
