RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE image

Number Of Ingredients 4

6 0z Fresh Raspberries
2 tsp sugar
7 & 1/2 oz White Chocolate
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream

Steps:

  • Puree Raspberries and Sugar in Food Processor Pour mixture through mesh into small bowl, pressing to extract juice. Discard Seeds. Set mixture aside. Melt White Chocolate in double boiler. Remove from Heat. Whisk in cream in slow stream. Whisk in reserved raspberry mixture. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
