RASPBERRY PIE image

Yield 8 slices

Number Of Ingredients 10

Crust:
1 1/2 C flour
2 tsp salt
2 tbls sugar
2 tbls milk
Glaze:
1 C sugar
3 tbls cornstarch
1 1/2 C water
1 small pkg raspberry jello

Steps:

  • Mix crust ingredients with fork in pie plate and pat out. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Fill with berries. Boil glaze ingredients and remove from heat. Add 1 small pkg of raspberry jello. Pour glaze over berries and chill.
