RASPBERRY GLAZED CHICKEN image

1 tsp veg oil
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1 1/2 tsp fresh or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
4 boneless skinless chx breast
1/3 cup seedless rasp preserves
2 T balsamic vinegar
pepper

Steps:

  • Saute onions in oil Sprinkle thyme and salt on chix Saute chix breasts remove chix breasts reduce to med low add salt, preserves, vin pepper, stir constantly until preserves melt spoon sauce over chix
