RANCH CHICKEN NOODLE CABOODLE BAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 21

Chicken:
 2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cubed
 1 cup of milk
 1 cup of bread crumbs
 ½ cup parmesan cheese
 Nature's Seasoning
 1 tbsp paprika
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp thyme
Casserole:
 2 cups cooked shell pasta
 ½ diced red onion
 1 cup sliced mushrooms
 ½ cup diced green peppers
 ½ cup diced tomatoes
 2 tbsp olive oil
 Nature's Seasoning
 Paprika
 1 cup Rene's Ranch Dressing
 1 cup milk
 grated cheese

Steps:

  • Chicken: Preheat oven to 350F Coat chicken in milk and then drop into a plastic bag with the other ingredients already combined. Pour out whole bag onto greased baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Casserole: Fry onion, mushroom, peppers and tomatoes in oil. Add milk n dressing. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. Pour cooked pasta over chicken in casserole dish. Add sauce and veggie mix. Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
