1/2 lb crab meat (lump)
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 egg yolk
bread crumbs
finely chopped shallots
diced sweet pepper (optional)
corn (optional)
1/2 tsp mayonnaise (optional)

Steps:

  • Fry mixture (brown on both sides) Bake 10 min at 325F Flip them over and turn oven off
