Steps:

  • lamb. trim fat from lamb. squeeze roast garlic onto lamb fat and rub into it. sprinkle heavily with salt and pepper. pan sear and then roast in 500 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes. roast garlic. coat clove in olive oil, pepper and kosher salt. cook one hour at 500 degrees
