Quick Potato Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb hash brown potatoes, frozen
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 c sour cream
1 c cream of mushroom soup
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together except parmesan.
  • 2. Put into greased 9x13 casserole dish; sprinkle parmesan over top, about 1/4 cup or so.
  • 3. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
  • 4. NOTE: This can be doubled easily, and can also be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
