Steps:
- Heat oil in a wide nonstick frying pan or wok over medium high heat. Add diced chicken chunks stiring until meat is no longer pink in center. Place chicken in a bowl until needed. Add onions, garlic, and sliced pepper strips to pan. Stir quickly until crisp tender(about 5 minutes). Stir broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a cup. Add chicken chunks, pineapple, and broth mixture to vegtables in pan. Boil until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
