Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8x12 dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, spinach, egg, chile flakes, and salt. Spread out half of the lasagna noodles on the baking dish. Cover with cheese and spinach filling and top with the remaining noodles. Pour the sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned on top. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
