Steps:
- Butter a pan about 6 by 10 or 9 by 9. Set the oven at 375 degrees. Cream butter. Beat in sugar and egg. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the first mixture alternately with milk. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons melted butter, then with 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon mixed with 3 teaspoons sugar.
