Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef with onion and drain fat.
- 2. Add tomato paste and water; stir to combine.
- 3. Add Chili-O and chili beans, stir to combine.
- 4. Cover and let simmer until heated through.
- 5. I serve with shredded cheese and oyster crackers. You can also use sour cream, jalapenos, Frito's, etc., whatever toppings you like.
