Number Of Ingredients 6

1 head cauliflower
2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
1/2 cup heavy cream
Fresh thyme
Garlic clove
Salt

Steps:

  • Wash & cut cauliflower into medium size pieces Peel & cut potatoes into quarters Place in large pot w/ 2" water, fresh thyme sprig, peeled garlic clove & 1 Tspn salt Bring to boil and simmer, covered, for 20-30 minutes until tender but not too tender Drain, remove thyme & garlic Place in food processor add 1/4 cup cream Puree - add salt & more cream to get to desired taste & texture
