Pumpkin Crunch Pie image

This pie is so delicious. A nice, velvety bottom with a crunchy, sweet topping...MMMMM, GOOOD.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 can(s) eagle brand milk
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
pinch salt
2 10 inch pie shells
CRUNCH TOPPING
1 c light brown sugar
1 stick margarine
2 tsp flour
1 small can or bag chopped pecan halves

Steps:

  • 1. Mix ingredients for pie filling and put in pie crusts.
  • 2. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of pies.
  • 3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
