Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe - (4.2/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/4 c shortening
3 1/4 c white granulated sugar
1 lg can pumpkin
3 eggs
6 c flour
3 t baking soda
1 1/2 t each nutmeg and allspice
3 t cinnamon
2 t salt
1 small package chocolate chips
1/2 pkg chopped walnuts or pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375. In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients in the order listed. Continue mixing as you add each ingredient. Drop by spoonful onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes or until done.
