Pretzel Coated Tilapia image

DD#1 (the chef)brought this recipe home from a co-worker. I thought what a unique way to coat anything! I hate fish but cant wait to try this on chicken tenders. Dont think it could get much easier than this!

4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups finely crushed pretzels

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Brush both sides of fillets with mayonnaise.
  • Coat with crushed pretzels pressing in if needed.
  • Place in a lightly greased baking pan.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
