Pressure Cooker Soccer Mom Spaghetti and Meatballs image

Pressure Cooker Soccer Mom Spaghetti and Meatballs uses frozen meatballs and premade spaghetti sauce, for when you need a super quick meal.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 bag (24 oz) Frozen Meatballs
16 ounces Spaghetti
1 jar (24-36 oz) Spaghetti Sauce
1 jar (24 oz) Fresh Water ((or Broth))

Steps:

  • Add about 1/2 cup of Fresh Water to the Pressure Cooker cooking pot.
  • Dump in meatballs, Spaghetti, Spaghetti Sauce, and the rest of the Jar of Water. Mix it a bit.
  • Lock on Lid and close Pressure Valve. Cook at High Pressure for 3 minutes.
  • When Beep sounds, allow a 5 minute Natural Pressure Release then a Quick Release.
  • Open Lid and mix all together, breaking up any noodles that are stuck together. The noodles will continue to cook in the hot sauce. If there is excess liquid, simmer to reduce.
