Steps:
- 1. Place potatoes in mixer bowl. Turn to low and mix about 30 seconds. Add milk, sugar, eggs,2 tablespoons butter, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Turn to high and beat about 1 minute. Fill small rameikins that have been sprayed with cooking spray about 3/4 full.
- 2. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until set. It will puff up & start to brown & feel firm to touch.
- 3. Mix all topping ingredients by hand. Spread on hot puff. May make extra & put on if wanted. I always did. Bake 10 minutes longer. Serve warm.
- 4. Cooking time above under prep time does not include the time it took to cook the sweet potatoes to start out with. That will vary on how you do it. I would bake them in a 400° oven until soft for maximum flavor.
