Potatoes Chorreadas Style image

Colombia-inspired, these Potatoes Cohrreadas Style are served with tomatoes, onions and sour cream and topped with sprinkled mozzarella.

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 red potatoes (about 2 lb.), scrubbed, unpeeled
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
6 tomatoes (about 2 lb.), peeled, chopped
3 green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Boil potatoes until fork-tender; drain. Cover to keep warm.
  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add tomatoes and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Reduce heat to low. Add sour cream and seasonings; stir until well blended.
  • Pour sauce over warm potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
