Potatoes Au Gratin & Pork Chops image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 units bread crumbs
6 units pork chops
1 cans soup
0.5 units milk
0.0454545454545 cups velveeta cheese
5 pounds red potatoes

Steps:

  • Bread and fry pork chops. Set aside.
  • Place cream of onion soup, milk and Kraft Velveeta cheese in a saucepan. Warm until cheese is melted.
  • In a 13x9x2 pan, place sliced potatoes in bottom of pan. Pour soup and cheese mixture over potatoes. Arrange pork chops on top.
  • Cover with foil paper and bake for 1-1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
