Steps:
- Wash potatoes. Heat in salted water until cooked 30-35 minutes. Drain; cool, peel and cup potatoes into cubes. Combine in a bowl with onion. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and salad dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Just prior to serving, add mayo, toss and coat potatoes well. Stir in celery and top off with sliced eggs.
