POTATO POTLUCK DISH image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 pounds potatoes, diced
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 cups sour cream
2 ½ cups condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package smoked sausage or kielbasa

Steps:

  • 1.Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil. Place potatoes in pan & cook until tender but firm, about 15 minutes. Drain & cool. 2.Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. 3.Slice sausage into bite sized pieces. 4.In a large bowl, mix potatoes with all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese. Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. 5.Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
