4 C. Flour
3 C. Mashed Potatoes
3 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 C. Oil

Steps:

  • Mash and beat potatoes extremely well. Add eggs, salt and oil. Next add flour, combine well. Knead dough well until mixture holds together.
