POTATO NIK image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2lbs baking potatoes peeled
medium onion peeled
2 eggs
salt & pepper
2 tbsp matzo meal or bread crumbs
neutral cooking oil

Steps:

  • Grate potatoes and onion Drain in colander mix together with eggs etc(I added a little parmesan too) Cook in 1/8 in oil X 15 min Slide onto plate, invert another plate over it and flip and put back into pan (add more oil if nec) Cook another 15minutes or so
