puree can of whole tomatoes
1/4 c olive oil in pan
1/4 c onion saute 30s
4+ garlic 30s
scoop out tomatoes
Saute 8 min
Add bay leaves oregano hearts, capers, red pepper flakes
Saute + reduce
Put 3 spoonfulls in dish below fish fillets
Spoon rest over the top without the juice

Steps:

  • 425 15-20mins serve with angel hair,cook in leftover juices for a bit
