Potato Chip Topped Tuna Casserole image

This recipe always reminds me of my Mom. If you like tuna casserole, you'll love the taste of the crunchy potato chips on top. Enjoy.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) cream of celery soup (may use cream of chicken or mushroom)
1/4 cup(s) milk
2 can(s) 7 oz. cans of tuna, drained and flaked
2 - boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup(s) green peas, cooked
1/2 cup(s) potato chips, crumbled
1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, grated

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine soup and milk until blended. Stir in tuna, eggs, cheese and peas.
  • Pour mixture into a buttered 1-quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. .
  • Remove from oven and stir; then top with crumbled chips and bake 5 minutes more or until hot.
