Steps:
- Cut the potato in small cubes, and chop the ginger invery small cubes too(do not crush it)chop the green chillies in small cubes too. Cut the shrimp in two halves. Mix the shrimp, potato, ginger and green chilies, turmeric powder, salt along with the mustard oil in a cooking pan. Pour two cups of water and put in the stove on high flame. When the water starts boiling seemer the stove and let it cook until potato is tender. Serve hot with rice or chapati
