Steps:
- Remove stems carefully. Brush. Mix oil, garlic and pepper. Set aside. Brush mushroomsw/ oil and grill on both sides til cooked thru. Remove to cutting board and thinly slice. Brush both sides of tort. w/ oil. Place tort. on grill and brown. Transfer to cutting board. Work on the grilled side of tort. On half add a thin layer of basil, mushroom slices, tom and cheese. Fold in 1/2 and transfer to grill. Cook til golden and turning coule of min. Remove and cut into wedges and serve
