Pork tenderloin with Maple Garlic sauce image

1/2 cup Maple syrup
3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 piece Pork tenderloin
3 cloves Chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Steps:

  • Combine dry spices and rub on pork. Wrap pork in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to cook. Take pork out of refrigerator about an hour before cooking it.
  • In oven safe skillet, heat some olive oil and sear pork on all sides. Remove meat from pan. Lower heat and add chopped garlic. Saute one minute.
  • Combine wet ingredients and add to pan. Bring to a boil and cook for just a few minutes. Return pork to pan and place in 350 degree oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Internal temperature should be about 160 degrees.
  • Remove pork from pan and let it rest on a warm platter. Reduce the sauce on top of stove until slightly thickened.
  • Slice pork and pour sauce over.
