Pork Tenderloin with Diced Tomatoes image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1.5 cups white rice
1 units onion
1 units green pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1 units pork tenderloin
15 ounces stewed tomatoes
15 ounces tomato sauce
0.5 teaspoons pepper sauce
1 units salt

Steps:

  • PREPARE rice as directed on package, keep warm.
  • MEANWHILE saute onion and green pepper in hot oil in a large skillet about 3 minutes, but not browned on medium heat. Move onion and green pepper to side of skillet.
  • ADD pork cut up pieces of the tenderloin and brown on both sides on medium heat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, hot pepper sauce and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer about 15 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
