Steps:
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large baggie, add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours. Cover & refrigerate remaining marinade for basting. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork, uncovered over medium heat for 15 min on each side or until 145 deg, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Let rest 10 min, will continue cooking.
