Pork Steak with Stuffing image

My family loves this ask for this about ones a week. My son Chester Lee Warner always tell me how much he enjoys it. It is simple and easy to make. I take it to reunion with the family and friends. It is so good and it cuts with a plastic knife.

4 large pork steak cut into halfs
1 box stuffing mix
3 large carrots, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 can(s) mushroom soup
2 can(s) water
1 can(s) pam spray

Steps:

  • 1. Pork Streak with Carrot and Celery Stuffing Cora Warner
  • 2. I take an 9X13 cake pan. Spray it with pam.
  • 3. cut Pork Steak in half and then lay them in the pan.
  • 4. In a Mixing bowl: Stuffing Mix, celery chopped, Mushroom soup, carrot, enough water to make the stuffing soupy.
  • 5. Then I pour it over the pork steaks.
  • 6. Put in the oven on 350 F. cook 1 1/2 hour.
  • 7. I serve it hot on my table as the main dish.
