2 lbs boneless pork loin
3/4 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoons oregano
1 teaspoons thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons cayenne

Steps:

  • Mix together and marinade for 4 to 24 hours in fridge. Grill over hot coals, 4 to 5 minutes, or until done, basting with reserve marinade.
