Pork Loin Marinade image

Love this marinade...the longer it marinades the better... Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 - 4 clove or 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
3/4 c oil
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp pepper
1/4 c wine vinegar
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients and pour over pork tenderloin. Marinate at least 4 hours, overnight is better.
