6 oz unsweetened almond milk (make my own)
1/2 c fresh blueberries or blackberries
1/3 c fresh pineapple (canned ok!)
1/4 c fresh spinach leaves

Steps:

  • 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can add some crushed ice to the smoothie or more almond milk if it's too thick.
