1/2 CUP WHITE POPCORN KERNALS
3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
2-4 TABLESPOONS TRUFFLE OIL
TRUFFLE SALT

Steps:

  • IN A LARGE POT OR POPCORN MAKER ADD THE OLIVE OIL AND POPCORN KERNELS. COVER AND COOK OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT UNTIL THE KERNELS HAVE POPPED, SHAKING THE POT HALFWAY THROUGH COOKING, ABOUT 3 MINUTES. IMMEDIATELY TRANSFER THE POPCORN TO A LARGE BOWL. TOSS THE POPCORN WITH THE TRUFFLE OIL. SPRINKLE WITH TRUFFLE SALT TO TASTE AND SERVE.
