Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees meanwhile while that is heating- dice chicken into bite size pieces. Pour crackers in a large zip lock baggie - roll out with rolling pin until crushed. (This is a great time to get the kids involved KJ helps me with this every time). Beat egg whites, cover all diced chicken breasts in egg whites then put in baggie, make sure chicken pieces are completely covered. Place on oiled cookie sheet and cook for 20 minutes. I like to dip them in a mix of light mayo and spicy dijon mustard but dip in whatever you like... as long as its not too fatty! Sorry guys Ranch has SOO many calories AND fat.
