Number Of Ingredients 7

4 pieces of chicken without skin
2 tablespoon Solo Dona Maria
4 cups of chicken broth
1 tablespoon oil
Jar of mole
4 tablespoon ajonjoli
2 cups Mexican rice

Steps:

  • Cook chicken . In another pan add mole mixed with chicken broth. Incorporate chicken almost cooked and let marinate. Add ajonjoli at end. Serve with Mexican rice and guacamole.
