Steps:
- Place mushrooms stem side up on a large baking sheet. Mound each with about 1/2 T sausage. Stir plum sauce in heavy saucepan over med heat until melted. Whisk in oil. Brush mushrooms with all of the plum sauce mixture. Can be made on day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 400. Bake until sausage is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
