Steps:
- Place plums in a shallow, 2 qt, ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and 3 tbsp flour. Mix together sugar, 1 cup flour, baking powder, and egg. (This will be lumpy.) Pour over plums. Pour ½ cup melted butter over this. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.
