Piña Colada Green Smoothie Recipe image

Green smoothies are a great way to eat more fruits and vegetables into your diet and this recipe is definitely one of the best!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup frozen pineapple
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup almond milk
dash of coconut extract
1 cup baby spinach
1 large banana (frozen)

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients inside blender.
  • Cover and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides (especially those with a lower-power blender).
  • Pour into glass and enjoy. Makes one serving.
