Pizza Fondue image

A pizza flavored fondue wuth ground beef and two cheeses. Yummo !!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb ground beef
2 bottle pizza sauce - 12 to 15 ounce
1 medium onion, finely diced
12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (or more)
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese (or more)
1 Tbsp olive oil for sauteeing onion
1 medium french bread, cut into bite size cubes or breadsticks

Steps:

  • 1. Chop the onion in very fine mince and sauté in olive oil. Brown the meat, drain, then put in fondue pot. Add onion and pizza sauce. Add cheeses one handful at a time, stirring. Add a bouillon cube for an even beefier taste.
  • 2. Dip from the fondue pot or individual bowls. Cubes of toasted French bread or Garlic Breadsticks are the perfect dippers.
  • 3. Keep at serving temperature in crock pot set on warm or in fondue pot.
