Pizza Crust Dough like Howard's image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 package yeast
1 cup water warm
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil

Steps:

  • Dissolve 1/2 package of yeast in 2/3 to 1 cup of warm water and let stand five minutes.
  • Mix together flour, salt and oil.
  • Add yeast to flour mixture until just sticky.
  • Knead lightly and and spread lightly on greased pizza sheet.
