Pistachio Salad image

Easy and delicious, refreshing on a hot day. A must at our Easter dinner!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) 20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
1/4 to 1/2 c nuts, chopped
1 container cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. Pour entire contents of pineapple can into mixing bowl, including juice. Pour package of pudding mix into pineapple and stir gently until mixed. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  • 2. Put into serving bowl and cover, refrigerate. Can be made evening before.
