This is a yummy pie topped with merinque! Whipped cream may be used for topping instead of meringue. Either topping is delicious!

Steps:
- 1. Blend cornstarch and flour into sugar
- 2. Beat egg yolks and add pineapple, juice and all to above mixture.
- 3. Cook in a double boiler until thick. Pour into baked pie crust.
- 4. Whip egg whites stiff and add 1 tablespoon sugar. Put on pie and brown in oven. Cool, cut and enjoy!
