Pineapple-Cherry Cake image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (18 1/4-ounce) box yellow cake mix , divided
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can pitted sweet cherries , drained
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup butter , melted

Steps:

  • Pour pineapple into an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan spread evenly. Sprinkle half the cake mix on top spread cherries over cake mix. Sprinkle on remaining cake mix add nuts.
